I just came to the realization that I haven’t updated my website in two years. In that time I’ve been busy teaching high school art at a local public school, and I’ve neglected my own art a bit. So here are a few scribblings from the past few days. I’m prepping for what will eventually be a series of oil paintings exploring the relationships between sainthood, sanctity, and base human nature. Here are the first few of my earth angels. The first man means everything to me and is my whole world. He keeps me grounded and functioning and cares for me like no one else in the world. The second is an amazing friend who never fails to make me laugh and has such an indomitable spirit. More friends/saints coming soon.
